Catherine Burns Quencer concentrates her practice in trusts and estates and real estate.
She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Syracuse University in 1982, Magna Cum Laude, and her Juris Doctorate in 1985. She is a former partner of Hiscock & Barclay, L.L.P. law
firm. Mrs. Quencer is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court of the Northern District of New York, and the United States
Supreme Court. Mrs. Quencer is a member of the National Academy of Elderlaw Attorneys, the Elderlaw and Trust and Estates Sections of the New York
State Bar Association, a past President of the Jefferson County Bar Association and is active in the community, having served on the
boards of several non-profit and community organizations. |
